EcoClean has a 24 Hour Emergency Service for water damages. We are fully equipped to dry any structure. We will assess the damage, read moisture levels in all the materials, and then proceed in drying your house.
How do we do that?
We extract the water from the areas and determine if the carpet is salvageable. If so, we remove the padding and if carpet is stained or delaminated we remove the carpet as well. Then, we mildew treat and deodorize the areas with our non-toxic products. We then place fans and dehumidifiers where necessary and stop by every 48 hours to monitor the level of moisture. If you or a family member is sensitive, we will assess the situation, place air purifiers while we dry the house, or recommend you spend a few days in a hotel.
What happens when everything is dry?
We remove our equipment, replace the padding, and reinstall the carpet. If the carpet is damaged, we can assist you in replacing the carpet.
Our main goal is to make sure the structure and content dries fast to eliminate any risk of mold infestation!
